Wow, I can't believe that life has been so busy and it's taken me this long to even write anything. The last time I wrote in here was in May. There has been so many things happening for us. Some not so good and some as been an adventure.
Let's see..at the end of May, we ended up adopting a dog so that Aeris would have someone to play with so I could get stuff done around the house instead of always playing with her. The dog we adopted is named Layla, she is a full bred german sheppard but the smaller bred. She is only a month older then Aeris is. She is very much like a guard dog. She doesn't play as much as Aeris does and she is always on guard even if she is laying down or if she is just watching me doing stuff. We got her from the Pocatello pound. She is very sweet and loves meeting new people now. Layla didn't really like Aeris at first but that's only because she just got fixed and was very sore. But now they are best friends!
June...nothing much happen. We was adjusting to having two dogs around the house and making sure that they got a long. We worked on the garden a lot. It is now finish. We laid the bricks for the walk way and it looks really nice now. I keep getting comments about it and how good it is. Oh...Cale, Allyssa and Bryson where also in town.
July...there was the fireworks. We actually had a family bbq at our house. We invited everyone from my side of the family over. Afterwards, we watched the fireworks at the soccer fields and then held our own show. It was a lot of fun. I got to spend a lot of time with Cale, Allyssa, and little Bryson. The weekend afterwards Oaklen had a birthday party. This time he had gotten one of those huge blown up watersides. It was a lot of fun. The week and a half later I found out that my grandma was in the hospital and no one knew she was there the for 4 days. She was there because she didn't keep up on her diagnosis. She spent the rest of the month there trying to get her body from breaking down.
August...My grandma's condition was then realize...it was much worst then what the doctors had thought. She needed to get a heart valve transplant because the diagnosis had caused so much calcification that the valve wasn't working the right way. The heart doctor recommend that we sent my grandma to SLC for heart surgery or she would died within a month to 6 months. She decided to go for it and was transfer around for a while until after the surgery was performed. We call and checked up on her a lot. While this was going on, I ended up getting pregnant again but lost it without realizing that I had gotten pregnant until afterwards. In a way, I am thankful that it didn't happen like the last time.
September...on the 3rd we rushed down to SLC because we was told that my grandma was worst to the point that she was on life support. When we got there, we found out that she was doing really well. Hardly had her oxygen mask on. Let's just say, I was not happy at all with everything and the mix messages that we was getting. So we meet with the doctor and the case manager and decided that we wanted Grandma to come home asap. We then told my mom and her siblings what was really going on. After meeting with the doc and case manager, we went and talked to grandma for a while and my mom and uncle talked to her. We stay for a little bit longer before heading home. That Saturday night, she passed away. I spent a lot of the time helping my mom put the funeral together and putting together her life sketch as best as possible. The next saturday we held a graveside services for her and I gave her life sketch. I was happy she wasn't in any pain anymore but it hurt to see her go. Due to my grandma passing, we didn't do anything for our anniversary. The rest of the month didn't have anything going on.
October...Shami turn 17 this year. She didn't really do anything for her birthday but we did get her a present. Followed soon afterwards was Brooke's 18th birthday. A week later I found Opa had to be rushed to the hospital early in the month because he thought he had kidney stones. When in to surgery and had his gallbladder taken out along with some stones but the ones that where causing all the pain they couldn't get to. So Opa had to wear a bag while they flushed his liver and panaceas clean to remove the stone for about 3 weeks before they came out. The doctors then tested the stones. At the end of the month, we was told that Opa had liver cancer and it was spending to his panaceas pretty fast and there was nothing that they could do. So we spend as much time with Opa as were could. On the 27th, Brooke and Grayson got married thru the courts so that he could be back in time for they wedding. It's was really weird reason but it had to be done. I ended up being one of the witnesses (Grayson father was the other one).
November...Korey flied back at the begin of the month. We was up at the house almost nightly. It was hard to see Opa getting ready to pass as the days went by. The first friday night, we went up on the hill to see him like we usually did when things took a turn for a worst. It hit me really hard, so hard that I didn't want to leave him. A lot of the my male cousins, uncles and Logan gave Opa a blessing. My own mother came up soon afterwards and took me out of the room after getting chewed out by Opa (it was pretty funny. That was the most that Opa talk that night). Soon afterwards, we went home. I was very much tired and had a lesson to finish to prepare for my primary class. After church the next day, Korey and Logan was acting strange until I figured out that Opa had passed around 3 and gotten a text from my dad about it. We then held his funeral the following Saturday. Korey got to tell half of Opa's life sketch. I had never cried so hard since I lost my great grandpa brown when I was 7 or 8. I still cry over the fact that Opa is no longer here but I know he is happy. The same day as the funeral, Mom had a Thanksgiving Dinner at her house because Grayson was heading out to Boot Camp and wasn't going to be here until around christmas then would be back until June. Thanksgiving Day was spend at Logan's Mom's house with all of Logan's siblings and nieces. It was a nice change of pace for us. Our cute little nieces were growing so fast and getting prettier by the day. We helped put up Barbara's (Logan's mom) christmas stuff. The next day we when back over and had our Christmas day with them and opened presents. From Katlin and Nathan, we ended up going out and eating dinner on them and Logan's Mom took all the siblings and couples to The Forgotten Carols (which by the way was Logan and my first time to see it). I told Logan that we should look into going ever year to it.
That is pretty much what has happen up to December. The only thing that has been done this month was putting up our christmas tree. This week is the Gilbert's Christmas Party and in another week will be Katlin's and Nathan's wedding anniversary along with Oma's birthday.
Well now you are back up to day. More to come soon.

Logan's 28th Birthday
Well, Logan's birthday started off just like any other day would by going to work. He did take off a half day for his birthday. I had to end up taking him to work too due to the fact that I had to get somethings from Walmart, Fred's and Rush's.
While he was at work, I started making dinner due to the fact that it takes all day to cook. He wanted a thick chili with sweet potato fries and broccoli for dinner that night. I also prep the potatoes and broccoli so that it could be cooked really fast. I will tell you that I wanted to throw a party for Logan's birthday but not a lot of people would have showed up for it so I decided that maybe next year will be better. Then I got thinking Sunday night to surprise him with a birthday cake. I would even make it a Halloween theme cake to make him really happy. It was only be a single layered yellow cake with orange buttercream and black chocolate buttercream. Here is a picture:
When he got home, I had to kick him out of the house so I could finish decorating his cake. It turned out pretty good and way too sweet for either of us. It actually surprised Logan that he needed to have something to either drink with the cake or need ice cream. He ended up decorating the house a little for him (but a lot for me) for the Halloween. I couldn't do what I really wanted to do because we needed some other things for the house but I decided that I could just do it next year when I have a little more time to get this place ready for Halloween. Anyways I got Logan a game from the Mario series (he really loves the older games like Mario and Luigi) and a Halloween cd.
I started to finish dinner around five o'clock to make sure that we was able to get out of the house in time to make it to Aeris class that night. Dinner was really yummy but kind of pricy due to the fact we used organic grounded chicken. After we ate, we grabbed the camera and headed to Aeris graduation class at Pet Smart.

Fun for Valentine Day
Even though I was so sick on Valentine Day with Strep Throat but I did have some fun with created some goodie bags for my nieces and nephew. I couldn't do thing with Logan because I was so sick.
It was weird this time having strep. I don't know if it's because I am older and my body has changed since the miscarriage but it was really different. I usually know exactly when I have it but this time I gotten a swollen neck, front and back, and than the normal symptoms came. I've not slept well since my neck swollen up. Last night, dad talk me in taking medicine to help with my neck. About 30 minutes later, I was able to go to sleep...for about 7 hours and I actually have my voice back.
Anyways, I made the same goodies bags for Natalie and Emily and as for Taylor and Oaklen were the same too. They all love their presents. Valentine Day is also Taylor's birthday. Amanda is planning on having a birthday party for Taylor at Leo's this Sunday. I don't know what the theme is but I know that she is putting Taylor into singing lessons. So I got her some cd's that have disney princesses songs on it and a puzzle to go along with it.
Oh...as for my present, I just asked for some white orchids. I hoping this time Logan doesn't kill them.

My Birthday
I never thought that I would spend most of the day of my birthday doing something like this. Anyways, here is the story.
One of my little sisters needed to switch schools from Bonneville to IF and the only one that could help out was me. We checked her out of Bonneville last Friday and went to see if IF was open that day to so that when school started yesterday, she could just go to classes there. Well, the office was closed so we had to wait until yesterday (my birthday) to do it.
So we got to the school about 11 o'clock yesterday and started the process...and let me tell you. I will never let my kids transfer schools unless we move out of town or state! It's such a pain to do. Anyways, we walked into the counselor office and come to find out that we need to get: copy of the release, shots, grades, any type of bill for address confirmation, and a note from Mom. So we ran back to the other school and got everything that we needed there, ran to my Mom's work so she could fill out paper work to get Brooke into school and the note and than ran back to Mom's house to get Brooke's shot records. We than waited until IF was done with their lunch hour before going back to the school.
When we got back, we had to wait for a lady to put Brooke into the system so she could go finish getting everything done. While we waited the secretary started lecturing Brooke about her grades. To let you know what was going on was that Bonneville got all these new teachers there now and most of them don't know exactly how to teach it to the kids which led Brooke get back grades. And it didn't help that the school just put her in honor classes without asking her either. She tried to change them at the beginning of the year but they wouldn't let me. Anyways, the lady came back and got Brooke into the system and sent us to the 9th-grade counselor. This part was the longest of the whole day!
The counselor was so confused on her credits that he tried to talk my sister into going back to Bonneville which Brooke and I both said no. Then he told her that she will need to got to night school until the 3rd trimester...Brooke and I both looked at each other and thought really?? We then told him no again and so he started to put together her schedule which he had so much trouble with that too! He finally called for one of the other counselor to help out and that one had everything figured out within 5 minutes! I will never understand some people but I do wish that they would know how to do their jobs sometime! That took a total of about 2 and half hours.
By this time Mom had got to the school and we checked to see if there was anything else that we need to do. The secretary asked mom for a copy of her license and than said that we could go get a locker and a parking pass. After finishing at the school, I had to go with Brooke and Mom over to the DMV so Brooke could take her written test for her driver license which she didn't pass, missed it by one point, and has to go back on Thursday to take it again. After that I just went home because I was so tired and hungry for food since I didn't get anything to eat besides breakfast.
When I got home I did nothing! It felt good...but now I have lots to cleaning to do and getting ready for out trip to Cali to visit Nathan, Kat and the girls for the weekend.

Happy Birthday Logan!
Today is Logan's 27th birthday! He's so close to being 30 (it's a joke between Kaya, Logan and I)!
AS for the present that I got him, I got him a goldfish. Recently, his favorite two died a week apart and he was really depressed about it. So I told him that I would get him a goldfish.
Last night we headed to PetSmart (just because we know that they have better goldfish than most places). And here is his new little friend!!!
Last year, Barbara brought some more fishes for him...I don't think I've took a picture and posted so here they are. I didn't get one of the sucker fish.

Meet Pumpkin Patch!!! Pumpkin for short.
The fish on the right is Pumpkin and that's the other fish on the left ( it has...like 3 names)
And meet the biggest fish in the tank as of now. I've names it Snow...Logan doesn't know that yet.
One Busy Saturday
Saturday was so busy!!! We had so much to do and things that are happening this next few months.
Let's see, the day started off wrong. Logan forgot to finished setting the alarm clock and we ended up getting up over more than an hour. We was actually cutting it to two hours too. So we got up and Logan run to the bathroom and I made breakfast for us. As soon as I finished, I hurried up and jumped in the shower myself. We was suppose to be at our church building at 9:30am but we actually didn't get there until 10 o'clock. We are in the primary. We teach the sunbeams and we was practicing for the Primary Program that was today. (Because of the Primary Program I wasn't able to go to see Kaya's Homecoming talk...I felt bad. At least she understand why). We even got out of there late because they were having trouble getting the pizza there. And I am proud to say that I did not take a piece of pizza. Logan had a piece...I let him considering he has already lost 20 lbs from the last 2 1/2 months. We got home about 1 o'clock that afternoon.
As soon as we got home, we had to start getting ready to be a the temple by 1:30. Logan's sister Amanda was getting her endowments. Before getting there, we headed to subway and had a small lunch. We got there about 15 minutes earlier than planned and found out that Logan's mom left her camera at home. So we went to her house (which is 5 minutes away from the temple) and picked it up and was soon back at the temple. By the time we got back, it was time to head in. Amanda's good friend Jason and his mom came for it. It was really nice. Every one that came was us, Barbara, Carolyn, Amanda, Jason and his mom ( don't know her name yet). I always seems to get experiences of some type of emotions whenever I go through a session or a sealing. With the recent struggles, I ask the Lord for help but I got something so surprising that I was so happy that I was crying to the point I had snot running everywhere. I was so embarrassed!!!!
I was able to clean up and was the last one out. As soon as we got out of the temple we took a few pictures for the experience. Amanda again told us about how her mom said to take a few pictures of us (Logan's Mom is always the one taking the pictures....so when we heard about this we were all surprised). Afterwards, we (Jason, Amanda, Carolyn, Barbara, Logan and I) went to Apple bee's for dinner. Later, Barbara dropped off Jason and ran to the store before meeting us back at her place. We than had brownies (fudge-like which is not Logan's favorite) and ice cream and Logan opened up his presents. He got a propane lantern and swiss rolls which I have asked if he could throw away but he has said that he will take his time eating them.
After that, we had to go and get my sister, Breanna and her step-brother Carl and watch them for a few hours which ended up like an extra hour. But we went to get Logan's present from me at petsmart. I'll write about that in the next post. We than we back to our place and played RockBand Lego. She really love that one. We played until we where so tired that all we can do was watch t.v. until her mom got here. Than off to bed!

Logan's Birthday
For Logan's birthday (which was October 28th) we didn't really much. He also didn't really want to do anything because he was busy with school, unfortunately. Since we didn't do much I made sure that I got him a present at least. I ended up get him a favorite movie from his childhood from Disney and considering his favorite holiday, I got him "A Nightmare Before Christmas". He really loves that movie because of a lot of reasons. He also got a fun card game from Nathan, Katlin and Natalie. He got a few happy birthday cards in the mail from a few family members from out of state.
We also had a great surprise visit too. Kristi stop by to say hi for a moment with her boyfriend, Brendan. It was sad that they couldn't stay and talk longer. It would been nice to finally get to know him and everything but than again we was also in a hurry to be somewhere. ^_^
After they left we finish getting ready and headed over to the temple for a session that was very much needed (and to tell you the truth, it would be nice to go again soon). We also invited Barbara (Logan's mom) to come with his and I am happy that we did. It was nice to go through with family. It was also nice to go to the temple after 2 years (sad, I know and we should have gone more often but living out of town makes things a lot harder). After a session, we went downstairs and ate the delicious temple food!!! It's the second best part of about the temple in my opinion. ^-^ I loved the feeling of going with my husband and a family member. It was one of my high lights for the month. I hope we make another trip to the temple sometime soon.

Halloween 2011
Well this Halloween was very fast and weird. Both Logan and I was really busy with many things including the homecoming of my little brother Korey. We didn't really celebrate this year because of many reasons. Logan's been really busy with rebuilding his pool table that he brought for himself for Father's Day. Anyways, in a way his birthday was Halloween-ish. I got him The Nightmare Before Christmas for a present.
Anyways, we went and brought a lot of candy for Halloween because there are a lot of kids on our street but we only had 7 visits. It was really weird. I was so surprise but then I started to think. Over the weekend, there were a lot of Halloween things that happen in town because it was the weekend. I guess it's a good thing concluding I didn't think about getting a costume this year (or the last or the year before that...........). So we have this huge bowl of candy that I have to give a way by the end of the day or I'm going to start eating it when I know that I shouldn't. So...if anyone wants the candy give me a call. If not then I'll probably drop it off at the pool by the end of the night.

Life in Idaho Falls
So we have been really busy since we have gotten here. I never thought we would have been this busy. It's so weird and there's also a chance that I may get even more busier! Man...it's so weird.
Logan and I both are working two jobs. Logan is working for ISU Thermal Lab and also for the Idaho Cleanup Project. I am working my internship which is at Acorn Children Academy and at the Wes Deist Aquatic Center. We decided to pretty much work our butts off this summer to make sure that we have a enough money for in the fall while Logan is in school. So far...I don't see that happening. We've been spending a little more than we should but I may be able to get the money if I watch my hours.
Since we moved in I have put together the living room, kitchen, dining room and the guest room. The walls are bare but I'm still working on it. They may be full by the fall. Anyways I plan on finishing unpacking the place. I'm getting really excited. I really love this place. I would have never thought that a duplex would feel like home. I don't know what I would do if we didn't get this place.
This month has been really busy for us.We went to Utah and visit Brooklyn in Provo the first weekend of the month. We've have 3 birthdays: Korey's (May 12), Natalie's (May 14) and Carolyn's (May 26). We also have 3 graduations to go to: Cale's (May 31), Shelby's (May 24) and Carolyn's (June 1st). We've also had a baby born this month on the 7th. Tricia and Tyler had their baby a week early...supposedly. Anyways, Bailey is beautiful baby girl. She is so good and doesn't cry that often...only when she needs something. Mother's day was pretty busy too...we jump to many places and a lot of times too. I also have a huge project for my internship that needs to be done by this coming thursday. I also get to see an old friend too! Daniel is coming back from his mission. It's been way too long since the last time I heard from him. He will be returning this Friday on the 27th. I also have to start exercising a lot more...so I went and bought zumba!!! I am so hoping this helps out. We will see! Anyways, this is just my list of things to do this month...You can pretty much figure out what Logan's schedule looks like too.
P.S. Korey comes home in 5 months!!!! November 7th is the date when he is coming back!!! I'm getting really excited. ^-^
Hanging out with Shami and going to Lava
Last weekend I got to hang with one of my little sisters that I rarely see. I had a few things that I needed to do and she wanted to hang out with me. I told her what I had to do and she seem not to mind to go and do them with me. So I told her that she can come with me if it was ok with her mom. So I picked her up around one o'clock and started to do my errands.
We went to the mall first. I needed to find Amanda (Logan's sister) a present for her (which were some easy cookbooks) that she asked for which I figure that I would be able to find it in Barnes and Noble (my favorite store in the world!). I ended up using Shami as a guinea-pig because I knew if Shami understand it than Amanda would. When I told Shami this, she thought that I was saying that she couldn't cook well (which isn't true). I had to remind her that I was able to cook a lot harder things now so I needed someone who hadn't taken culinary school to help me. Afterwords, she understood what I was talking about and was fine with it. Than we went to Jenson's to get my ring clean and than bouncy or to the Pretzel Maker to talk to my brother Char about his phone. Afterward, we went around the mall looking for some good sells and whatnot. About this time we were both hungry, so we when and bought subway and took the sandwiches to the park and ate. At that time we didn't that much later before Shami had to go home...so I showed her where we was going to move to. When we got there, she was so excited, that she wanted to see the inside of the place but we didn't have the keys yet. So I told her once she got back from Vegas (Yes, that's right. Her and Brea both went to Vegas), I would take her and Brea to see the new place. About that time I had to take her home.
After taking her home I went to my mom's house. She was working on her back yard with Katie at her feet (Katie is my mom's new dog and she is beautiful!). So, for about two hours we sat and talk and played around. Later my other sister Brooke and her boyfriend joined mom and I. Later we (Brooke, her boyfriend Cody, and I) left Idaho Falls and when to Pocatello to pick up Logan so we can go to Lava for a few hours. Halfway to Pocatello, Logan called and told me that he's mom was going to stop by and take a load of boxes up to Idaho Falls for us since she was in town. When I got home, I had beaten his mom by a matter of seconds! I helped out carrying the boxes out to the car and talked a little with them. After they left, Logan when and got dinner so we could head out to Lava. We was there for a about three hours. Most of the time we was sitting in the hot pools but afterwards, we went to the ice cream shop!! I swear one day ice cream is going to be my worst enemy! When we finished up, we all jumped back into the car and I drove all the way back to Idaho Falls by myself! I was so tired but somehow I made it! Logan and I both drove back to Pocatello (Logan drove, there was no way I was going to make it to Pocatello). It was such a blast to actually to hanging out with my family. I miss them so much! I can't wait until we move back to Idaho Falls.

November
This month was so busy. There was a lot that happen.
Korey left for his mission on the 4th. I went with him when he got set apart at the stake center. I bald my eyes out...it was so hard for me to left him go. Bubba's family also when to it along with Perry, Carol and Zackary. I made Carol cry because I was crying so much. Mom is also having a hard time too. I think that she thought that Korey was going to go on one. Well, he surprise us all. I got a letter from him this month too. He's doing great. He went to the Provo Temple and helped out with some sealings. He also was called to be district leader two days after he arrived. He also said that he could feel the spirit so strongly that it made him want to do better and that he was having so much fun. I hope I get another letter from him soon. I do really miss him.
My dad had to go back into surgery. The doctor up in Salt Lake City messed up on the bypasses. So my Dad had to go in again and get two stints in the arteries. Last time that I heard from him, Dad was going to sue the doctor for it.
This month was Brea's, Katlin's and David's (Logan's Father) birthday. Brea got an Oreo cake from the store. She was also spoiled a lot too. We gave he a gift card to Barnes and Noble too because she also loved reading books too. I've notice this month at she is going to be the biggest tom boy with in the family and more than I was too. She still looks up to me a lot. I'm so surprised that she is knowing her mother (by the way, she hates me). We also went to David's grave that weekend and gave him flowers. I still feel lonely when it comes to him. I didn't get to know him as much as everyone else did. I wished I had. Katlin turned 21 this month. It's so funny. She can do all these things now but she's pregnant so she can't but she wouldn't anyways. We gave her a gift card to Deseret Book. When she got it she wanted to go to spend it. So, all the girls (Katlin, Carolyn, Amanda, Logan's mom and me) went. She got some Christmas music for her and Nathan. When we got back we played with one of the gifts she got. It was a stamp that for recipes cards so I gave her some recipes to put on them. I was a lot of fun!
During Thanksgiving break, Logan and I visited his family. We had a lot of food. I think I ate a little to much because I kept on fall a sleep. Logan also had to work a lot so I got to stay home and do nothing. It was pretty boring.
After Thanksgiving Break, I had a final. I passed it too! I was also doing better too. The break helped out a lot. I got back on my feet and got all my stuff done. I was in the Bake Shop for my last rotation for school. I made a lot of bread and cookies the first week. The second week we did quick breads too.

October
Well, let's see what happen in October. Katlin found out that she was pregnant. She is due at the mid or end of May. She was 7 weeks a long.
Oh...Logan's birthday. Logan is now 24 years old. Logan bought a new tv from sears for his birthday. He also got a cartoon book from his mom and money from Nathan and Katlin and from Carolyn and Amanda, he got candy bars.
Also, this month was Shami's birthday. She was so spoiled this year, too. She turned 13 years...and she's about as tall as me now. It makes me mad that she is so tall!!! She didn't get the family genes for sure. Anyways, we gave her a gift card to Barnes and Noble because she loves reading books. I would know because she still haven't given me back one of my books.
Brooke birthday was also this month too. She turned 14 this year. We got a pair of shoes for her and I made a carrot cake that I forgot to take a picture of. She also is almost as tall as me too. It's not fair...here I am, this short thing and all my siblings are getting taller than me. I think there is only going to be one of my siblings that I will be taller than...Brea. But we will have to see how she grows.
School is going ok. I only have to wait a few more weeks before I get to go on Thanksgiving break and it is very much needed. I'm having a hard in school because I'm so tired of doing the same things and dealing with a professor who thinks he is running the program. Logan is doing fine still in his schooling too.
Korey is about to leave for his mission soon. He will be leaving on November 4th. I'm already mission him very much. It's really going to be hard for my dad especially because they have such a big bond between them. He will be serving in the Washington D.C. North Mission. I've asked him to take a lot of pictures for me if he can. He's so excited about this and all of us are proud of him especially Oma and Opa. Our uncle George has been helping Korey get ready for his mission. Oh...I went to the temple with him when he went through for the first time. I cried so hard! I can't believe I would cry that much...I wonder how it is going to go when my kids go on a mission?? Will I be worse or just as bad? Who knows...time can only tell.

June & July 2009
In June, we moved to Pocatello and have enjoyed it the whole time. We live at the Katsilometes Courts at 695 N. 7th Ave Apt 9, Pocatello, ID 83201. We still haven’t finished unpacking yet because we’ve been so busy with work and getting ready for school. We love the apartments…they seems so open. We have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with a bar, dining room and living room. I’ve yet to use the front door…Logan has used it a few times. We love the fact that we get two spots to plant whatever we want. We’ve not planted anything yet…we are waiting for the fall, so we can plant some iris. I’m so excited!!
Logan has gotten a job down here at Sears in the Pine Ridge Mall. He is enjoying this job as much as his last job. He works in the electronics department. He’s actually quite good at what he does and the job doesn’t make him work all the time which I’m grateful for. He still has a job up in Idaho Falls with the engineering lab for ISU, which he only works once or twice a week. I’m still working at the Aquatic Center in Idaho Falls up until the end of the month. Also I’ve been coaching a swim team for the last two months. They did a great job, but unfortunately my team was the one that ended up having a lot of my kids gone for both of the meets. But they almost took 2nd place for them both. I’ve applied at the aquatics in Reed’s Gym and as yet to hear from the lady who is in charge. She went on vacation when I turned in my application. If I don’t get the job, I plan on applying at some other places. Hopefully I will get a job soon or I won’t be able to get a job.
My family has been good. Earlier this month, our nephew, Oaklen, turned one on 4th of July. He got so spoiled and so did my niece in a way. He got a lot of clothes…I think he had plenty to last him up to two years for the summer. Taylor, our niece, is growing up so fast! She’s still in the middle of her terrible twos at the age of three, but I’ve been talking to her mom, (my sister Amanda) and she is starting to get over them. Amanda has been having some health trouble ever since her miscarriage and the doctors don’t really know why either at the moment. Korey turned in his papers for his mission and now he is waiting for his cal which we are all excited for! Shami and Breanna have been having a great summer. They have been to Lagoon a few times and camping many times. My father has been at work for quite a while now. He’ll be getting back in state on August 17. I’m not sure what he does while he has nothing to do while at work but he as a blast at the casino in Nevada that he is near. Mom has been doing great. Cale has been working for the whole summer to make money so he can play football in the fall for Idaho Falls High School’s Football Team. Char took Driver’s Ed this summer and just finished. I’m not sure if he passed or not but it sure scares me to think that he will be driving soon. My mom and Cale just got a new red nose pit bull dog and she is so much like her father, Shilo who lives with them and there may be a chance that my mom will be getting Bristle who is the mom. Brooke has been playing a lot with her friends and hanging out with me when I’m off and in town. We have two family reunions coming up on the 1st weekend of August up in Black Tail Lake and one in September down in Nampa. Logan and I are planning on going to Lagoon on August 22nd with one of my friends and with Cale, Char and Brooke. The kids have never been there so we decide it would be fun to take them there for a summer vacation.
We wanted to thank everyone who came to the funeral and supporting us through it. It meant a lot to us all and we enjoyed seeing everyone there, too.
