Starting Another Blog



I've decided to start another blog...but for a different reason. I was going to use this one as a workout journal and keeping health. With the new diet I will be working out a lot and will need to keep track of my process somehow and since I'm on here so often, why not do a blog. Plus everyone will be able to read it so if they even need some guidance about something that involving working out, they can go there. I’m still working on getting it started with all the facts but I am doing the journaling too. It may take a while to make it same like it’s doing its job. 

I am also hoping this will help me make sure that I keep on track with eating healthy too. I’m tired of feeling sick all the time so I may as well eat like I want to get health again. Anyways, you are welcome to follow me in my new adventure.

So...I don't know if everyone knows yet but I have a new blog now. It for all the projects for foods and other projects. Makeover and Update on Us (Along with My Secret)

I've been looking for a background that fits both Logan and I and I did. I love the new background and I finally figured out how to add a good banner too (that's because of Logan...he's so smart. ^-^)

Anyways, a small update on us is needed. It's been a while since I lasted updated on us. We are at midterms week...and life just got 3 times busier for us. Not only do we have to study, catch up on homework and do midterms...we also have to start packing. I know that we are starting to packing earlier than we should but I think it's better this way because about once or twice a week we end up going to Idaho Falls, so we can drop off some of our stuff off at either of our parents which will making it easier moving out. We wanted to move out by the 29th of April now. Yes, that's the final date. We also got accepted into some of the apartments that we applied for too. Logan wants to look more into a townhouse since there is a chance that he may continue on with school and get his masters since the economy is still so bad. As for me, I'm still looking for an internship. I'm not really looking at the moment with school being so busy since I've missed so many days of school because of my body (I'll talk about that in a minute). I'm so behind now it's not funny. I may be able to catch up this week with Monday a holiday.

As for missing days of school...that's all because I finally figured out a way to get better. As I have stated on Facebook, I have recently lost another 7 lbs and in total I have lost 38 lbs. Anyways, my body has been doing a cleansing on it's own...so I have been visiting the bathroom a lot out of the day going with diarrhea. Sometimes I got really sick too..but I never threw up, lucky. The big secret behind me losing so much weight is that I'm not eating a lot of meat and carbs together and more fruits and vegges and drinking lots of water (I've also been asked multiple times if I was pregnant since I was going to the bathroom so much, but I'm not). Pretty much when I eat, 75% of my plate is a combination of fruits and vegges and the other 25% as either be a small portion of meat (usually chicken) or carbs (whole wheat breads or pasta). Just to let you know, with all the fruits and vegges...our groceries have been costing a little more than we like but Logan is fine with it since I'm getting better. I've also been trying to drink about 4 liters of water...because for every 50 lbs, you drink 1 litter. For example 200 lbs would be 4 litters. I've not been able to exercise because I'm so busy with school but then again I do walk about half the campus every day but Tuesday.  

That's about all I can say for now. I got to get back to homework...I can't wait until I'm done! ^-^
