A Fat Day :(

Today I feel so fat!! I don't know why but everything that I do makes me feel like I'm so fat! I can't wait to get all the weight off. Anyways, update on the weight situation. I am now down to 198 lbs. So that means that I have to lose about 58 lbs to get to 140. I have not decide to either go for 140 or 135 as of right now. But I have lost 36 lbs so far. Oh...and Logan weights just as much as me. Now he only has to lose about 20 to 25 lbs. It's not fair that men always lose the wieght a lot easier than women.

I have started doing zumba right after I get off of work about every other day (just to make sure that I don't kill myself) and you can see the results since the second time. My stomache and waistline as tighten up within 2 times!! That tells you that it really works. I don't know how the actually class goes because Logan was willing to buy the game for me so I may try it at home at my own time. I figure once I get thinner I will start going to the class...I know. I'm weird.

Anyways, I've been thinking about what I wanted to do besides zumba. I know that I have to do more than just that. So far, I am thinking of a morning workout, after work workout and an easy evening workout like walking. I have not yet try it...I'm first need to figure out how often I wanted to do this and what not. I figure that I should work more and excerising than eating healthier right now. I'm pretty much eating as health as possible for me. If anyone as anything to help me out, I would love you!
